Hyderabad Muslim Welfare Association hosted grand Iftar get together

Hyderabad Muslim Welfare Association (HMWA) hosted a grand and traditional annual Iftar get together, which was held on Monday , the 20th june-2016 in Salmiya Kuwait. Programme was well attended by more than 350 people including Ladies. The program started at 5:45 pm. with recitation of the Holy Quran by Master Saad. Gen. secy HMWA Mubeen Ahmed initiated the program and staged the Master of ceremony. Distinct guests from Kuwait Mr. Kareem Irfan Aslam Imadi Baber Mirza, Ibrahim Ali khan Hamed Ur Rahman and Mir Rashid Ali sahab and prominent personalities from Hyderabad shared the dais and hailed the activities carried out by HMWA. FIMA General Secy Hidayat ullah and President Ifthekhar Ahmed were also present and graced the occasion

Mr Kareem Irfan, Ex FIMA president and Patron of HMWA delivered a special address highlighting the importance of preserving and maintaining unity and solidarity among our Ummah Congratulated all the members for conducting program and extended Ramadhan Greetings

Famous guest Speaker Basheer Bader Madani Sahab as usual captured the attention of all the attendees. Said Ramadan is the month of Quran and the Quran is a guidance for all humankind and it shows the straight path to all whoever seeks its guidance· He applauded the continual efforts of HMWA for the betterment of Community in general and Hyderabadi in particular. He said that whoever lightens difficulties of a Muslim or relieves him from a trouble, Allah would lighten his difficulties on the Day of Judgment. Ramadan is the month of Dua, therefore one should make lots of Duas, it is a month of sympathy, and charity and forgiveness, therefore, get your sins forgiven by Allah during this month and utilize the teachings of it. Main Speaker of the Day Shaikh Faizulla Madani famous khateeb from Kuwait Captured the Audience with remarkable and thought provoking speech . He extracted important lesson learning situations from Battle of Bader from islamic history and took the audience into the journey of the Bader. How the battle started the reasons , situations circumstances of that period. He explained and highlighted how Prophet Mohammed pardon the captured enemies and showed mercy towards them and how important the win was for the entire umma . All volunteers worked diligently to make program successful Abdul Azeem including all EC members Aves Ansari Mushtaq ahmed Abbas Ali Tariq Iqbal Taufeeq Saeed Masih Uddin Gulrez Zubair and Abdul Jabbar shakeel were also present and volunteered the program with their hard work. Delicious iftar and dinner was served by senior executive member Haji Abdul kareem Tariq Iqbal and team.
