Muthupet Muslim Association held Grand Iftar party.

Muthupet Muslim Association (MMA - Kuwait) & TVS Hyder Group organized a Grand Iftar Banquet on 17th June 2016 in cooperation with Indian Frontliners at Teachers Society, Dasma. His Excellency Ambassador of India to Kuwait Mr.Sunil Jain is the Chief Guest for the function.
A special Guest Mr. Moulavi Kovai Ayub, a leading Islamic Scholar from Tamil Nadu.
The event started at 5:00 PM with recitation of the Holy Quran by Br. Dawood Ibrahim, joint secretary of MMA.
Very Large number of community people including ladies and from different associations attended the party. Whole program was nicely compeered Mr. Yacoob Ali & Mr. Shibu pallikal (IFL).
MMA President Dr. S.M. Hyder Ali, Chairman, TVS Hyder Group welcomed the Honorable chief Guest His Excellency Ambassador Mr. Sunil Jain, Special Guest speaker from Tamil Nadu Mr. Moulavi Kovai Ayub, association members, families, friends and all the gatherings . He expressed in his speech about the importance of fasting in Holy month Ramadan. He also expressed his feelings in lack of education at Tamil Nadu while comparing with adjacent states. He suggested and encouraged students to select various field of professional and to work hard to achieve the highest goal. He Explained about his plan of constructing medical college in Tamilnadu.
The guest Speaker from Tamil Nadu Mr. Moulavi Kovai Ayub, explained elaborately why we are following fasting during the holy month of Ramadan and the procedure during fasting. He thanked MMA, Kuwait for hosting this Iftar party and bringing together fellow Indians.
Moulavi Mohd Ali Rashadi,(General Secretary of Tamil Nadu Ulama Association, Kuwait) has highlighted in his speech about the Holy Quran and the eminence of Ramadan
His Excellency Shri. Sunil Jain thanked and appreciated about the community services by MMA. He addressed in his speech, I am seeing people are more energy and enthusiasm in following Ramadan Procedures while comparing last year. He advised the community to continue do more and more services in the coming year. As usual Indian Embassy is always ready to help for the needy people.
Memento has been presented to Ambassador by Dr. Hyder Ali and Holy Quran book by MMA Secretary Mr. Anwarudeen Mr. Ambassador also joined in the Iftar party and enjoyed the food. Various association people also felicitated our Ambassador and Dr. Hyder Ali.
Finally Vice President of MMA Mr. Basheer Ahmed delivered Vote of thanks. He expressed sincere thanks for all the attendees, Chief guest, Special Guest from Tamil Nadu Mr. Tanjai Badusha (TMMK State Associate secretary), sponsor, Media sponsor, ladies and other association members .MMA Executive committee member Mr. Mujibur Rahman, Mr. Kamardeen, TVS Executives Mr.Arif, Mr.Feroz Khan, Mr. Rashid Khan, Mr. Mathi, MMA members and TVS employees made a wonderful Iftar event and food arrangement for all the attendees.
Program ended with very nice dinner supplied by TVS Star Restaurant & Bolly wood Restaurant to everyone and this program was once again most professional and memorable to one and all. All left the venue with fond remembrance and with prayers of MMA & TVS Travels & cargo to achieve more and more heights in world wide. INSA ALLLAH. AL HAMDHULLAH.
