LuLu Hypermarket, the leading retailer in the region, announced its 'Iftar Project' in partnership with Namaa for Zakat & Benevolences, a social reformation society, to deliver food coupons to needy families during the holy month of Ramadan.

In the spirit of charity and benevolence shared by Muslims during the holy month, the Iftar project will ensure beneficiary families receive coupons valued at KD5 and KD10 that would allow them to purchase food items such as chicken, rice, oil, lentils, sugar, tomato paste, beans, dried dates, milk and flour from any LuLu Hypermarket outlet in Kuwait.

The Iftar Project’s mission aims to support the spiritual and humanitarian facets of the Holy Month by emphasizing charity and compassion. This initiative underlines the importance that LuLu Hypermarket places on the concept of social responsibility and giving back to society.

LuLu Hypermarket has consistently provided unparalleled service to the community, not only through affordable shopping and great promotions, but by lending its support to charitable activities that benefit the most needy in society.
