St Johns Mar Thoma Parish organizing “SNEHA SPARSHAM”

“SNEHA SPARSHAM” , a humanitarian support project for cancer patients , organized by Kuwait St Johns Mar Thoma Parish, in order to commemorate it’s 5th glorious year was successfully completed. The parish vicar, office bearers and the conveners jointly announced to the press that the amount collected for this project Rs 20 lakhs were shared to the deserved people in our home land, Kerala.

The amount distributed had been collected through PEPONI , a musical concert which was organized on February 4th 2016, as this day is observed as “World Cancer Day”. Until now the money collected were shared to 44 cancer patients. The break ups are Rs 50,000 to 35 patients, Rs 25,000 to 5 patients and the balance amount was distributed as Rs 15,000 & Rs 10,000.

The press meet was presided by Vicar Rev. Sunil A John. Mr. John Abraham ( General Convener) , Mr. Johncy C. Samuel ( Vice President) Mr. Byju Jose ( Secretary),Mr. Sophi John , Mr. Vineeth P Mathew ( Joint conveners) , Mr. Joji Scaria ( Trustee Finance) Mr. Alex Varghese ( Trustee Accounts) Mr. Mathai Pappachen & Mr. Sunil T Issac ( Lay Ministrants) were presented in the meeting.
