KIFF organized public Program “Unity-Need of the Hour”

The Kuwait India Fraternity Forum organized a Grand Public program with a title “Unity-Need of the Hour” on Friday, 20th May at Paragon Restaurant Hall, Kuwait City.
Addressing the mass gathering of Expatriates, Mr. Shafi Bellare, State Secretary, Popular Front of India Karnataka, called upon the Muslim organizations and community leaders to stay united and focus on resolving the real issues like Poverty, Education, Employment and Dowry System rather than engaging themselves in blaming each other within the community.





Throwing light on the miserable conditions of Muslims across India, Mr. Shafi cautioned the people about the move of fascist forces to interfere in Muslim personal laws and rights by extending the activities of Muslim Rashtriya Manch. Bellare warned the expat community to be cautious about such game plans which may deepen the sectarian division within the Muslim Community.





Mr. M.M Mustakeem, President, KIFF Karnataka chapter in his presidential address, explained about the activities of KIFF and stressed the need of working together for the betterment of backward classes. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Khaleel Adoor, Director, Nimble Consultancy MENA Region urged the Muslim community to gain political strength by forming broad based alliance with like-minded political parties and community leaders who are committed to serve the society. Mr. Abdul Jabbar, President, KKMA Karnataka Branch, Mr. Sayyed Beary, Honorary President, Manipur Association also spoke on the occasion. KIFF Zonal President Mr. Saifuddeen Nalakath, Entrepreneur Mr. Muhammad Saleem Abdul Azeez, also present on the Dias.





The program began with the recitation of Holy Quran by Mr. Abdul Khader Puttur. KIFF General Secretary Mr. Iqbal Kadaba delivered the welcome speech. Mr. Asif Belapu proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. Imthiyaz Ahmed Arkula compered the program.
