Summers, no more boring

Hair gets lighter, skin gets darker, water gets warmer, drinks get colder, music gets louder, nights get longer and life gets better every summer…….

Summers are just round the corner in Kuwait and the heat is intensifying day by day.

Every single day has now started to give room to the cool air conditioned breeze and has slowly started to decrease outdoor activities.

Children have already got excuses to sit at home and enjoy with their tabs and televisions.

Due to the harsh climates in Kuwait, children here have a very small time period for playing outdoors.

However no climate should be the reason to the laziness and unfitness of children, there should be certain steps and precautions taken by parents to help children enjoy and spend time effectively during the vacations.

As a precaution, it’s very important to keep ourselves well hydrated. Due to the scorching heat .sun strokes and dehydration in children is very common, hence drinking plenty of water and fruits with high water content is important.

During summers, especially in Kuwait its Very Difficult And Risky To Stay/Play Out Side In The Hot Weather, at Times Due to this , the Children Get Frustrated Staying Within The Four Walls.

To make Home Intresting, It’s Important to Induldge In Activities. Good Workouts to Stay Fit Indoors During Summers are Zumba Workouts, Aerobics, Table Tennis or Even Swimming.

Summers are also Wonderful to Learn New Things Like Arts (Such as Paper Quilling, Origami Etc) Dance or Improve Ones Skill In A Sport.

Summer Vacations are Times When Children are Free of Tension and Hence help Creative Minds Develop. This Development Should be Encouraged By All Well Wishers of a Child Rather than Keeping them Indulged in Curricular Activities all the Time.

Summers are not as bad as we think, If used Effectively its one of the best Seasons of the Year in Kuwait, to Learn and Develop for it’s Rightly Said that You Can’t stop the Waves but Surely Learn to Surf in Summers……..
