Evangelical Church Sevini Samajam Conducted One day Retreat

St.Thomas Evangelical church of India,Kuwait parish, Sevini Samajam conducted its one day retreat, as a part of golden jubilee celebrations,at Wafra on 05-May-2016 with much prayer and blessings to all who participated.
A first in the history of Sevini Smajam, Kuwait Parish, it was Indeed a remarkable & fruitful event. Under the guidance and blessings of parish Vicar Rev. Saji Abraham the retreat formally commenced.Apart from the sevinis from different parts of Kuwait,the office bearers including Committee members also graced the occasion with their presence.
Mrs. Anu Varghese, former Sevini samjam Secretary rendered the Welcome speech.
Centered around the theme“ordinary women, extraordinary in the hands of God” the Main Speaker Mrs.Alice Mathews conducted two blessed & inspiring sessions which was followed by area wise competitions for group song,Elocution & bible quiz.
The retreat was formally concluded by Mrs.Shobha Sunny,present Sevini samjam Secretary,praising God for an amazing & spiritually uplifting day.
