World Earth Day Celebrated at ICSK Junior

The Indian Community School Kuwait, Junior, marked the World Earth Day on 19th April in the assembly for classes IV, V, VI. Thematic thought for the day was related for all to reflect. This was followed by a group song symbolic to Earth Day.

Participants talked about the importance of keeping the environment clean. Students enacted with the dance to rhythm and music to show the importance of cleanliness which is next to godliness. Principal in-charge Mrs. Sherly Dennis addressed the assembly. She also shared some good thoughts and motivated the children to come forward with some ideas to help us in keeping our mother earth clean.

On this day of significance, it was opportune time to award trophies to IBA champions. Meritorious certificates were distributed to the winners of CCA competition conducted in the month of April 2016.
