1918 vehicles impounded last week for violations

The Interior Ministry’s General Traffic Department carried out several surprise campaigns last week resulting in recording 44,983 violations, 1918 vehicles impounded, five wanted cars impounded, eight motorcycles impounded, 83 persons detained at the traffic jail, while seven persons were sent for deportation for driving without a driving license.
