Kuwait Municipality to tracks its vehicles through GPS

Kuwait Municipality decided to install GPS devices on all its vehicles in order to be able to track them down at all times, the financial and administrative affairs department announced. The step comes in response to several complaints the municipality received about using its vehicles outside official working hours for employees’ personal purposes. In case detecting any violations in using municipality, cleaning trucks or machinery out of service hours, violators would be subject to legal accountability, the departments stressed.
