The year 2015 witnessed a significant decrease in crime and theft rates, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to official statistics released by the General Department for Research and Statistics, the crime rate has been gradually decreasing and there was a considerable decline in cases recorded against unknown persons in the year 2015.
Sources revealed that the execution of the surveillance cameras project will reduce the crime rate much further and will represent a turning point in the field of security such that crimes can be eliminated completely and criminals can be arrested easily.
