The country is witnessing unstable weather conditions that are expected to last until the end of this week, said the General Directorate of Meteorology on Tuesday. The country these days is witnessing unstable weather and drastic changes affecting vast areas of the Arabian Peninsula and parts of northern Iraq, head of Agricultural and Hydrological Forecast at the Meteorology Department Abdul-Aziz Al-Qarawi told KUNA.

The low visibility in the country was due to dust, where the wind speed reached more than 60 kilometers per hour and thunderstorm in some areas, Al-Qarawi added. Today's weather is expected to be dusty and partly cloudy with a chance of rain. The maximum temperature is expected to be between 32 and 34 degrees, whereas the minimum temperature would be between 23 and 25 degrees, he pointed. The gradual improvement in the weather conditions will start by the beginning of next Friday.

Meanwhile, Ministry of Interior on Tuesday called on citizens and residents to take caution due to the prevailing unstable weather conditions in the country. In a press statement, the ministry advised sea-goers to follow the safety instructions of the Kuwaiti Coast Guard. The ministry added that in case of any emergency, the 112 hotline is ready to assist those in need.
