Biryani & Kebabi is the newest addition to Al Sabah & Kohli food and beverage brands. Al Sabah & Kohli has been in the Food and beverage industry since 1992 with their first brand Dawat, which has opened 4 branches around Kuwait over the years. In 2006 they created their second brand Taal which has 2 branches. In 2016 they opened their third home brand Biryani & Kebabi.
While the word Biryani & Kebabi is Farsi in origin, it has over time been adopted by different regions in India and the Middle East as their own.
Biryani & Kebabi is based on the Ancient Spice Trade. They have included dishes from India, Persia, and the Middle East. Every region gives its own flavor and style, using very similar ingredients. The concept breaks borders and gives you a little taste of history. From the sweet aromas of the Kuwaiti Machboose; to the spicy Biryani of the fabled Malabar Coast. The universally loved Persian Kebabs to Tandoori Kebabs. The variety of spices and the tastes derived thereof are the essence of the cuisine offered at Biryani & Kebabi.
