Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa celebrates HACCP success

Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa has been awarded the stringent food safety system HACCP. The achievement recognises the hotel’s compliance with the highest international industry standards in food safety, quality and nutrition.

Executive Chef and programme leader Christopher Curtis, said: “I wish to congratulate the team for their efforts in undertaking this important project. We are proud of our colleagues at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in achieving this hard-earned certification and for making HACCP a central part of our food production.”

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a food safety management system that controls the safe production of food. The procedure comprises various parts from the arrival of food in the kitchen to the time it is served to guests. Many departments worked together to ensure all requirements were completed successfully.
