Kuwait Kerala Islahi Centre-KKIC conducted Eidgah in different parts of Kuwait. Eid Al Adha is the celebration of patience and sacrifice commemorating the great life of prophet Ibrahim peace be upon Him. KKIC president AbdulatifMadani said conducting eid speech in AbbaisyaEidgah. KKIC conducted 11Eidcongregational prayers in Abbasiya, Ashraf Madani Ekarool in Salmiya, CP Abdul Azeez in Farwaniya, Hafiz Mohammad Aslam in Abu Halifa, Mujeeb Rahman Swalahi in Fahaheel, Saidalavi Sullami in Khaitan, Abdul Salam Swalahi in Jahra, Swalahudheen Swalahin in Mangaf and Shameer Ali Ekarool in Hawalli. After Eid prayer qurbani was conducted in different areas of Kuwait and distributed among the poor and neighbouring community.
Ibrahim, known as Abraham was commanded by God to sacrifice his adult son. He obeyed and took Ishmael (Ismail or Ismael) to Mount Moriah. Just as he was to sacrifice his son, an angel stopped him and gave him a ram to sacrifice in place of his son.
Almost all Muslims all over the world celebrated the Eid on the same day. The happiest thing and more attractive of this Eid was it was celebrated on the same day in India and Middle East.
