Tamilnadu Muslim Cultural Association Arranged Eid Family Get-Together (Eid Milan)

TMCA arranged an Eid Family Get-together on Saturday, the 26th September 2015 (on third day of Eid-ul-Adha this year due to Friday Jummah came next day) at Rumaithiya Garden from 10:00 A.M till 5:00 P.M.
Many Indian Tamil Muslim families and bachelors (about 150 individuals) had attended from all over Kuwait. Several committees had been formed to achieve the event successfully. Many games (Running Race / Shot-put / Tug-of-War / Musical Chair / Lemon Spoon Walk etc.,) have been conducted separately for children, men and women for enjoyment and pleasures.
Moulavi. J.S. Rifai Rashadi, President of Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam (TMMK) who is in Kuwait now at the invitation of their Kuwait Zone’s enthusiastic Office-bearers visited TMCA Eid Milan grounds and delivered an eminent address on the topic: ‘Social Unity and Brotherhood’. The Islamic Quiz competition was conducted by its religious wing for men and women separately to enhance Islamic knowledge and awareness. About 100 questions were raised and around 90 individuals (men / women) had participated with much enthusiasm.
Special Lunch was served to all the participants by the appointed committee by collecting the entry coupons. Refreshments and beverages were served as well. Valuable Prizes were distributed for all the winners of the Quiz Competition and Sport games. ALL Prizes are sponsored by Bro. Mohamed Ghouse of Cuddalore.
Raffle draw were conducted for THREE prizes this year, unlike last year. The First Prize is sponsored for Umrah Pilgrimage for one person by Bro. Naser Sadik Rabbani of Vallam and Second Prize of Smart Phone is sponsored again by Bro. Mohamed Ghouse of Cuddalore and Third Prize of Mixer and Blender is sponsored by Bro. Sadik of Kottakuppam. Masha Allah… the winners are females only – they are daughter of Bro. Sirajudeen of Mohamed Bunder, wife of Bro. Mohamed Sheriff of Villupuram (who is daughter of our beloved former General Secretary and one of TMCA founders, Jayankondan Hajee. A. Abdul Majeed) and wife of Bro. Rahamathullah of Lalgudi respectively. Jazak ALLAH khairan.
