Every problem in life is bound with the solutions - Sajee Yousif Nissan

Problems is part of one's life and getting worried of our problems or panicking on our problems do not get you anywhere nor it will solve the problem, said Sajee Yousuf Nissan, an Indian inspirational speaker and a trainer of ‘The Art of Living’. He was speaking to IndiansinKuwait.com during his short visit to Kuwait.

"Every problem is bound with the solutions and this believe helped me a lot in my life to solve the problems," Yousif Nissan said. "Life is uncertain and we face a lot of unpleasant situations. Disagreeing with this causes stress. Life is designed with Insecurity and uncertainty. Practicing Meditation or pranayama will help balance your mind and to deal with these situations," he added.

Sajee Yousuf Nissan, during his two-week-long stay in Kuwait, is conducting discourses and training programs on the practical aspects of ancient Indian wisdom.

I joined hands with Art of Living after a miraculous story of my mother. She had a stroke and she could not walk. One of our friends recommended the Art of Living course. She attended the 6 day course and on the 6th day she started walking. This was possible only with the strong belief someone possess in her soul, he said.



Elaborating on the purpose of art of living, Nissan said, yoga is just only a part of it. “The art of living is a beautiful combination of so many things like mediation, interactive sessions and motivational points. Uplift the quality of life is the main purpose of art of living,” he said. Purpose of Art of Living (AOL) courses is to make a person fit Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually.

Art of living means accepting the situation or a person. How much ever worst the situation may be we need to agree with it and find happiness in it. Waiting for the right moment for happiness is just an imagination. Future is also an Imagination. It may happen or may not happen according to our imagination. You should be an asset to your family and your society, not a liability.

Disagreeing with unpleasant situations is the root cause of stress. We cannot find happiness in a stressful life. Once we agree with the situation, we can reach the state of happiness, he said. The problem in this part of the world is mainly with security and uncertainty. Practicing pranayama and medication will help you to deal with this insecurity, he added.
