Road diversion on Jamal Abdelnasser Road

A detour will be opened at the intersection of Jamal Abdelnasser Road with the airport road at dawn on September 4 to replace the bridge across Kuwait Mills with a new one.

Drivers coming from Kuwait City should use the ports bridge for opposite turns.

Meanwhile, the Public Works Ministry’s Assistant Undersecretary for Roads Affairs Sector Ahmad Al-Hussan said work on Jamal Abdelnasser Road’s development project is 62 percent complete. The project costs nearly KD 242.5 million and is expected to be completed towards the end of 2018. ou
