Non-Passengers not allowed inside Kuwait airport as part of security measures

Security has been tightened in the area surrounding Kuwait International Airport as part of the measures being taken by the Ministry of Interior to guarantee the safety of the nation and its people, local daily reported.

According to report, the thorough inspection of vehicles is just one of the precautionary measures and it does not mean that the airport is being targeted by terrorists.

Daily also reported that the airport administration has also prohibited non-passengers from entering the premises due to the huge crowd observed recently, affirming that this is only temporary.
