IKFS signs tour arrangements with Nubian Tourism Co. in Egypt

Indo-Kuwait Friendship Society, non-profit, socio-cultural friendship Indian (NRI) association, in Kuwait has signed an agreement with Nubian Tourism of Egypt in cooperation with one of the Kuwaiti travel offices to arrange visits of various monuments and Tourism spots in Egypt during summer season as well as Eid-Al Adha season. This is the first time, an association in Kuwait is initiating such a tour for their members and friends. Kannur District committee of Kuwait Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre members already shown interest to join with IKFS tour program.
President of Indo-Kuwait Friendship Society Dr. Ghalib Al-Mashoor signed an MOU with Farid Farah of Nubian Tours of Egypt by appointing IKFS as a sole point of contact in India for any tour arrangements also in Kuwait for the Indian or other expatriate community. The agreement was signed at the Cairo Mariott Hotel, located at AL HARAM by farid Farah, the Chairman of Noubyan Tours of Egypt.
The 7 days tour package will include arrival and pick up from Cairo airport and vice versa.
*Tour to Giza Pyramids (One of the Seven Wonders of the World which were built over 4,000 years ago to house the mummified bodies of Kings Cheops, Kephren and Mykerinus,)
*Tour to the CITADEL , Constructed in 1183 A.D. by Salah El Din, the Citadel is one of Cairo's most popular tourist destinations and recognizable landmarks.
*On the tour will show different parts of the medieval Citadel including the stunning Alabaster Masjid of Mohamed Ali.
The highlight of the tour will continue various Islamic Visits which are Indians are pleased to visit, such as:
Shrine of Sayyidah Zainab, Masjid of Sayyidah Nafisah bint Al-Hassan bin Zayd bin Ali bin Abi Taleb (R.A.), Masjid of Sayyidah Fatemah An-Nabaviah, Shrine of Sayyidah Roqayyah (A.S.), daughter of Al-Imam Ali (A.S.), houses in Al-Khalifah region, Shrine of Sayyidah Sakinah bint'ol Hussein (A.S.), Sayida Aisha Bint Imam Jaafer Sadiq and The Refai Masjid.
Other Visits include one of the most exceptional locations is that of Mount Sinai, where Prophet Moses has talked with the creator of Universe, The Allah almighty and who delivered to him the tablets containing the Ten Commandments. Obviously, the region is sacred to Christians, Jews and Muslims alike.
Mount Moses, The monastery with a chance to climb the Sinai mountain, The Monastery of St. Catherine, also known as the Monastery of the Transfiguration, including Mount Sinai (2,285 meters), Mount St. Catherine (2,637 meters), Mount Serbal (2,070 meters) and Mount Episteme This is the region through which Moses is said to have led his people, eventually to the Promised Land, and there are legends of their passing in many places. Of course, Egypt Tour-guides will accompany IKFS team to visit Giza Pyramids , Islamic sights & St. Catherine including entrance to various tour spots and near by areas in Egypt.
The exact departure date from Kuwait will be announced later. However, the arrangements are made during the coming Eid-Al Adha holidays. Numbers are limited to 45 people including family members so as to fill a Luxury bus. The last date for registering for this fantastic tour programs is set on 15th of June, 2015 so as to advance book the air tickets to Cairo. Names will be registered first come first serve basis.
