‘Better Tomorrow’ project creates a new model in welfare activities in Kuwait. The ‘Better Tomorrow’ project created with the slogan ‘Let’s join hands for a better tomorrow’ creates a new model in charity activities in Kuwait. The Youth India volunteer visit the well-wishers and Youth India members who have enrolled for this project every month, and collect the foodstuff they have deposited in the ‘Better Tomorrow bucket’ from their day to day purchases.

The Youth India officials then divide the items collected into kits with all the necessary items equally proportion and then supply them to the needy. The response to the project from the expatriates is heart-warming, said Youth India officials. The first phase of the distribution was done last week at Wafra in a labour camp, where the inmates were put to hardships due to the negligence of the company authorities, without job or salary and were in dire straits without even proper food. The food kits provided them with a much needed relief with basic food items at least for the next few days. ‘Better Tomorrow’ project convener Nisar K. Rasheed, Youth India President Rafeeq Babu, General Secretary P.T.Shafi coordinate the activities.
