Committee approves installation of surveillance cameras

The parliamentary Committee has approved a draft law on the installation of surveillance cameras in public places to guarantee public safety and prevent crimes. Committee Chairman affirmed the bill is not aimed at violating people’s right to privacy as the objective is to improve security measures and prevent crimes or terrorist operations. ndroid
