Many held in Jahra Campaign

Jahra securitymen launched a campaign that led to the arrest of several people proven to have violated the laws of the country. During the campaign, the securitymen arrested 18 people without legal papers, three others for involvement in civil cases, three who hold expired residency permits, three who were under the influence of alcohol, a Bedoun wanted by law for involvement in an undisclosed case and evaded a six-year jail term, and an Asian for selling liquor. The officers also issued a number of traffic citations.
