Behbehani’s Tik Tok announces new Kuwaiti brand ambassador Mubarak Al Rashed to represent brand’s diverse nature

The Behbehani Group, Kuwait’s exclusive retailer for many of the world’s biggest and most luxurious timepiece and jewelry brands, announced the appointment of Mubarak Al Rashed as Brand Ambassador for their Swiss watch retailer, Tik Tok. The nomination follows Ms Ivy Laughton’s role as the brand’s representative, and keeps within Tik Tok’s tradition of selecting multi-faceted, cross-national talents to symbolize their image.

Tik Tok, The Behbehani Group’s new and innovative concept, brings together a plethora of the finest Swiss watch brands that timekeeping aficionados revere in a trendy, modern and welcoming setting. The company has seen great success in its expansion plans, having recently opened their latest showroom in the Soku district of the Avenues, which exhibits Swiss watch and Jewelry collections for all ages.

As a diverse and innovative brand, Tik Tok pays tribute to the collections it carries by delegating equally fresh and talented names to its roster of brand representatives. Mubarak Al Rashed, Tik Tok’s newly appointed brand ambassador, is a Kuwaiti talent known for his live renditions of classical Hindi songs and is a self-taught Hindi singer and speaker.

Mubarak Al Rashed’s uncanny voice resemblance to the timeless legend Kishore Kumar has popularly won him the moniker of the “Kuwaiti Kishore Kumar”, having adopted a similar trademark of playfulness and charm. His creativity rings true to Tik Tok’s brand values, and the partnership was announced and celebrated during the ceremony held on April 20th, 2015 at the Live Theatre in Discovery Mall. The event was attended by senior representatives of the Behbehani Group and Tik Tok, including their VIP clientele, members of the media, and exclusive guests.

Commenting on the announcement of Mubarak’s new role, The Brand Manager of Tik Tok, Mr. Raj Sekhar, said: “We are very happy to see this partnership take place and for Mubarak Al Rashed’s new role within the Tik Tok team.
