ICSK Junior Accords Grand Farewell to Class VI Students

In a special assembly on Thursday 12th March 2015, class V students of the Indian Community School Kuwait Salmiya Junior accorded a grand farewell to the outgoing students of class 6, 2014-15 batch, relocating to ICSK Amman school for higher studies.

Class 5 was the perfect host for the day, organizing the event with extreme ease and meticulousness.
Sensational group songs ‘YOU ARE READY FOR THE WHOLE NEW WORLD AND CHALTE CHALTE’ in perfect harmony brought misty eyes to the audience.

This was followed by a scintillating skit rolled in dance performance making students recollect their memories from the day they had stepped into the school.

The President of the School Senate Ms. Julia Ann Powell, on behalf of her fellow students, extended a sensational gratitude to the teachers and the school.

Principal in charge Mrs. Sherly Dennis and Vice-Principal Mrs. Murthy, in their address, motivated students to prepare themselves for life outside school and waking them up to the reality of life after school. They, in unison, stressed on the rich values learnt in school to be applied in their lives.

Educative and positive messages were delivered by class and subject teachers to instill and infuse confidence in outgoing students‘Aashirwaad’ or blessing ceremony was organized for the outgoing batch, as teachers bid goodbye and blessed students stepping into a wider horizon.
