KALA Kuwait held 36th annual conference

KALA Kuwait 36th annual conference urged the society to be alert on the moves against secularism. The moves such as "Kharvapazi" is being spread all over India. Our history dates back to golder era based on secular approah in 'unity in divesity' format with castes, religions, different languages harmoniously coexisting. The slogan raised by groups with vested interest such as RSS is that India is for Hindu community and now trying to reconvert many groups back to hinduism wich could tarnish the peaceful face of our country. This move should be opposed by the secular community of India, KALA urged.

36th Anual conference at VR Krishna Iyer Nagar (Indian Community School, Khaitan ) was inaugurated by Mr. Rajesh Nair Principal Indian Community school Amman brach. He pointed out that the urge of the era is to be humanists rather than be just humans.

The presedium with Kala President J. Saji, R. Naganadhan and Nimmy Rajesh regulated the proceedings of the conference. Invited personalities from other associations and media personalities participated in the inaugural meeting as friendly deligates. The program started with melodeous welcome song by Balavedi Children from Abbassiya. Shaju V Hanif presented the condolence message remembering demise of personalities of different areas all over the world. Asaf Ali and Jisna Asaf who worked tirelessly for making the membership data bank were honored in the conference with memento prsented by J.Saji and Gen Secr. T.V. Jayan. Earlier KALA joint srcretary M.K Balagopal welcomed the deligates. /div>
