Kuwait Tamil Sangam, celebrated Children’s Day

Kuwait Tamil Sangam, celebrated Children’s day on 14th November, 2014 at Carmel School Auditorium, Khaitan.

The event started at 10 am with our traditional lighting function. There were many events to explore the individual talents in each and every kid in our sangam. Fancy dress, Solo singing, instruments playing, Classical and Western dance, Quiz program and sports day were included in the full day event. The entire program was organised for Kids and anchored by Kids .

As a token of appreciation, mementos and certificates given to all the students, who passed out 10th and 12th standard in the last academic year 2013-14 in Kuwait, by our chief guest Mrs. Shantha Maria James, Principal, Indian Central School, Abbasiya.

The program was sponsored by HEGURU, Drawing out the “Genius” in your child. HEGURU Kuwait is proud to be certified by Henmi Educational General Laboratory (HEGL), Japan to bring in HEGL educational programs focusing on Right Brain Development Training Methodology to benefit the children here in Kuwait.

A special lunch was served in Banana leaf, (which is special and very traditional in our Tamil community) to all the Kids, Parents and Guests. A memento and certificate were given to each and every child participated in the event.
