KEFAK Football season 2014 - 2015 kicks off

After an overwhelming success in last Two seasons (2012 – 2013) & (2013 – 2014) Kerala Expats Football Association (KEFAK) an unique umbrella body of 18 (Eighteen) Keralite football clubs is geared to usher in the new season (2014 ~ 2015) at Mishref Public Authority for Youth & Sports Stadium.
KEFAK league has been spreading soccer fever across Kuwait among Keralites that ignited astounding passion. Soccer has been an effective ‘tension’ relief for soccer fanatics in Friday evenings.
KEFAK league will line up more than 450 players from 18 teams hailing from Kerala. Many of them are former players of National, State and several professional clubs who had left indelible marks in the soccer history of Kerala. KEFAK league is scheduled to play on Friday evenings for the conveniences of passionate football from every corners of the society and all necessary arrangements are made by KEFAK for families to enjoy the beautiful game.
Apart from GULF MART sponsored KEFAK league, we organized ADDRESS SHOPPEE Inter District League, Shifa Al Jazeera Inter district tournament, Olympian Abdu Rahman Memorial 7-A side tournament, KEFAK Thrissur Challengers tournament, Sports star center 8-A side tournament 7–A side tournaments, Yougsters Calicut Arjun Bapu memorial 5 –A side tournament, Tasty restaurant 8-A side tournament, Inter school tournament and Grand Hyper 7-A tournament.
KEFAK is planning to conduct more soccer events in this calendar season filled with unforgettable moments to all soccer fanatics.
The first phase of the KEFAK league will be played as per round robin league format with two groups, the top Four teams from each group will qualify for Quarter final knockout stage. Eighteen top teams will be competing for much coveted KEFAK League crown.
