FAIPS DPS, Kuwait Founder’s Day -- Celebrating 19 Years of Excellence

The 19th Founder’s Day of FAIPS DPS was celebrated on 11th September 2014 at the auditorium of the International British School, Fahaheel with splendor and zeal. The celebrations included the Scholar Badge Ceremony to honor the scholars of the institution with badges certificates, ties and cash prizes. The teachers were also honored with certificates of appreciation and cash prizes for their dedicated service. The occasion was graced by Mr. Narendra Kumar, the former Chairman of the DPS Society, Mr.Pramod Grover-Honorary Treasurer DPS Society, Member FAIPS Management Committee as the Guest of Honor and Mr. Hemant Agarwal, the CFO of Al Rayan Holding Co. The Principal Mrs. Anju Dheman rolled out the red carpet with her warm words of welcome. The FAIPS orchestra thrilled the audience with their mesmerizing performance followed by a graceful dance depicting the pollution of Ganga and then a soulful rendition of “Sunehhra Kal”, by the choir heralding a brighter future. The FAIPS Odyssey, a PowerPoint presentation provided glimpses of achievements of the institution.


The Chief Guest and the Guest of Honor handed over the certificates, scholar ties and the cash prizes to the high achievers of both the CBSE as well as the IGCSE, followed by the teachers. Mr. Narendra Kumar, in his address complimented the students and the teachers for their academic achievements. Mr. Mr.Pramod Grover too appreciated the faculty and the students for their hard work and sincere efforts. The Vice Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli proposed the Vote of Thanks and the day came to an end with the singing of the Indian National Anthem. Following the celebration Mr. Narendra Kumar and Mr. Pramod Grover addressed the entire faculty of FAIPS DPS. The former urged the teachers to identify achievers in their classrooms not only in terms of academics but co-curricular activities as well and to groom them while the latter lauded the efforts of the teaching community at large and reiterated the importance of teaching fraternity in building up a good society.
