CSC propose 5 days holiday for Eid al- Adha

Civil Service Commission (CSC) presented a proposal to the Council of Ministers to approve five days as Eid al- Adha holiday starting from Oct 3 and coinciding with Arafat day which falls on Friday until Tuesday Oct 7, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

This means the official working day after Eid break will begin on Wednesday and the decision to include Wednesday and Thursday will be left in the hands of the Council of Ministers to extend the holiday to nine days.
