Traffic jam returns as summer vacation ends.

Traffic jams on most roads has become a daily concern for motorists, particularly in the Capital Governorate, now that the summer vacation is over and classes have started in all schools, universities and institutes. Most roads in the country, especially those leading to Kuwait city, are congested in the morning. The same scenario is observed in the afternoon when public are leaving their offices and school hours ends.
