Temperature to drop by second week of September

Kuwait will be affected by a balance between South Easterly and North Westerly winds, which would help the temperature to drop from the second week of September, especially during the night. Meteorology Department Manager, Mohammed Karam said that the temperatures would vary between 42-44 degrees Celsius (highest) and 28-32 degrees Celsius (lowest) in the coming days. Karam added that the moderate North Westerly winds with speed of 28- 45 km/h prevailed in Kuwait yesterday stirring some limited dust over the open areas in the north and North West of the country.

Karam also predicted that the weather to continue through the beginning of the week - where days would be hot
with moderate to fresh North Westerly wind (with speed of 20 - 40 km/h) raising dust over open areas. ou
