Kuwait may ‘witness’ the biggest salary increment

Civil Service Commission (CSC) has completed about 85 percent of the project on strategic alternatives for salary and organizational structures and has finalized the career classification of 3,150 governmental jobs that will be listed in the new salary structure, Arab Times daily reported citing local reported. According to report, educational qualifications, the nature of work and the skills will be among the criteria to be considered for the new salary structure, indicating that Kuwait may witness the biggest increment of salaries in its history, as it may reach KD 500 million per year.
