Indian Artists shine at International Art Exhibition in Kuwait

Works of Indian artists catch the attention at the International Art Exhibition held at Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) at Kuwait City. Large number of exclusive art works were in display at the 4th edition of the International art exhibition titled "Colors of East and West" held Under the Patronage of National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters Museum of Modern Art presents at Museum Of Modern Art, Kuwait. Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) Ali Al-Yuha inaugurated the exhibition in presence of several dignitaries.

Artists from across the globe, who are living in Kuwait, were invited to exhibit their works at the exhibition. Large number of artists living in Kuwait from countries such as Egypt, Spain, Brazil, America, Lebanon, Turkey, Australia, Armenia, Britain etc. is participating in the exhibition besides four artists from India.

Indian artist Mr Sasikrishnan displayed two of his art works from the 'Seekers in red' series. "The series paints a poignant image of the ambitious man of today who regards the fulfilment of his dreams as paramount to his happiness", artist Sasikrishnan said.

Nasreen Parwez and Amir Parwez from Hyderabad also exhibit their dream work at the international art exhibition. Another Indian artist based in Kuwait Deksha Soni also displayed her art work.

The exhibition will continue till 26th of April at the Museum Of Modern Art located at Gulf Road, in front of Souq Sharq, close to Maritime Museum.
