Civil Service Commission declares public holiday on Thursday

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced that this upcoming Thursday which coincides with June 6 is a public holiday observed by all government bodies, authorities, and public institutions.
The date coincides with the anniversary of the "Isra and Mi'raj" on the lunar calendar.
According to Kuwait News Agency, CSC instructed the private sector companies to determine their holiday with reference to authorities responsible for their affairs, taking into account the public interest.
