EXAMS---Just Relax

‘I hate (the subject name)’ is all what I see if I sign in to my account on facebook, with reason to the approaching examination. I find many of my enthusiastic companions becoming ‘bookworms’. And a lot of students have become nervous or anxious…What is a need of this?? Why become so tensed?? Listed below are a few notable points to jot down during exam time.

  • Concoct a time-table

Organize a time-table during the preparations for exams. Time allocation for each topic is a very important aspect and equal importance for all subjects is obligatory.

  • Like all the subjects

Enjoy when you learn a lesson. Open the book with a smile on the face. Always read or learning when you are active and awake. Literally, like all subjects.

  • Location during studies and posture

Locate a place where you find it very peaceful and silent. It enhances the capacity to concentrate. It is very important to maintain the posture while studying. Sit Erect and maintain a distance of max. 25 centimeters away from the book

  • Make points.

Jot down some important points briefly. And then, just brush through the points before the exam.

  • Leaving a break

Study the subject giving brie intervals of relxation. Leave a gap of 2-5 minutes between each chapter or lesson –Break Ke Baad !!. In this break, take some refreshments, ask doubts, surf the net, play some games with your siblings or whatsoever entertainment will do.

  • Eating habits and sufficient sleep.

Maintain your eating habits regularly and especially during the time of examination. Firstly, always have your breakfast. It is necessary. Secondly, tak mostly homemade foods prepared by mother and consume a lot of greens, dates, and fresh fruits and veggies. Sleep is another thing everyone should take notice, while they study. Sleep maximum by 10 o’ clock. This will be beneficial because it increases the ability to concentrate. Keep the body completely at rest.

  • Hilarious Learning and group study.

Humorous learning is another efficient way by which one can remember any subject they find it tedious. The one main source for hilarious learning is the group study with friends or any other person one can enjoy with.

  • Practice Laughter

Make a routine of laughing whole-heartedly for at least 10-15 minutes daily. This is one way a frazzled student can reduce stress. Laughter is a natural tablet for stress!! So, go on Hahahohohehe!!

  • Blessings from parents.

Seek for the greetings from parents on the day of evaluation, for parents are the back-bone of a student’s victory.
And lastly

  • PRAY, PRAY AND PRAY…

God can reach to the prayers of children. HIS blessings can be of a great support for school students. Do your best, work hard and leave the rest to Him.
