“If we are able to develop an association with what we want to learn, it is easy to recall it at a later stage. The Law of Imagination also works on similar lines.” said Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury in the exclusive seminar held at Jabriya Kuwait Medical Association Hall auditorium.

For the first time in Kuwait, community portal IndiansinKuwait.com presented world renowned memory management guru Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s seminar and workshop on “How to Double your Memory”. The seminar and work shop was held at Jabriya Kuwait medical Association hall. The first day seminar was inaugurated by Dr C. G. Suresh, chairman of Association of Indian professional.

To sharpen the memory we need to use the laws of association and imagination says Biswaroop. During the seminar, Biswaroop elaborated on a number of examples where the power of concentration plays a vital role in producing unexpected results. He gave an example on how positive thinking plays a very important role in our life, the story of famous cyclist Lance Armstrong. Biswaroop said, “Lance was able to overcome his life-threatening diseases only because he had the willingness to do so. Once a command is given to the brain, the mind gives the desired results.” He added that if we notify the mind that achieving a particular goal is impossible, the chances of accomplishing it reduces. “It all depends on how we control our mind,” stated Biswaroop.

During the workshop he taught students and adults the technique to learn things fast. He also emphasised on recall power and concentration building. He showed techniques where one could recall 15 – 20 items within seconds. He even showed techniques on how one can memorize Historical Dates, Mathematical and Scientific formulas, road maps etc.

Dr Biswaroop, holder of 2 World Records in memory management and push-ups, is the author of 25 books on mind and memory. He has conducted more than 2000 seminars internationally addressing more than 10 lakh audiences. He holds worldwide patent for his inventions- memory ball, mnemonic pen, happiness machine and animated cosmic energy cord.

Biswaroop was accompanied by his Wife Neerja who is called the walking Dictionary. She has memorized the whole Oxford Dictionary and she is the Guinness World Record Holder in memorizing the Whole Dictionary.
During the seminar Neerja was asked randomly words from the Dictionary by the audience and she could give them the meaning of the words instantly.

The seminar was attended by a large crowd. Second day was a full day workshop which started from 10:30 am till 7:00 pm. The auditorium was completely packed and the attendees enjoyed the workshop till the end.
