As a person, she is priceless to her friends and family. This achievement brings Dr. Rubina at the highest point of academic credentials in the United Kingdom- FRCOG. Admission ceremony of new fellows was held in the College on September 23, 2011. Dr Rubina attended this ceremony with her parents Mrs. Maimuna Chougle and Mr. Ali Chougle, who have been her inspiration and strength.
Dr. Rubina had been an extraordinary student from the beginning. Born and groomed in Kuwait, studied in India and United Kingdom. She completed her post graduate and higher training in the United Kingdom leading to the CCST. She continues to be fully registered and on the specialist register of the General Medical Council (UK). She has had specialized training in Assisted Reproduction and Gynaecological Ultrasound including 3-D scanning. She did this training with Professors in leading University Hospitals in the United Kingdom. She has several publications in peer reviewed journals both in General Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Rubina has worked as a Consultant for several years both in Kuwait and United Kingdom; she believes that the diligence and determination can make goals in life nearer and easier. With a strong mind & kind heart, Dr. Rubina commands immense respect from all strata of the society. Rubina is known to be kind caring and empathetic towards her patients. She is passionate about improving Women's Health globally.
