use some commonsense before asking. that is not a plain yello card right? there must be some thing written on it. tell us what is written on it. then only we will get some idea about what is that yello card.
If its the h1n1 check up paper, then u need to gave that to one clinic in salmiya.

Don't expect spoon feeding from ourside. you should tell, what is mentioned in the card.
Fahaheel means Abu filtra, abu filtra means fahaheel, for all type of govt clinic works.
Dont expect separate clinic, for preventive maintenance.
Just throw your yellow card in dust bin. just take next flight, while going to india. No need of anything on that yellow card. it is waste work.

This is not waste work, today one staff arrived from India to my company, i send the guy to hospital of swine flu check, it is necessary to do the check up.
just see the back side of the yellow card they mention the hospitals, now government hospitals open a special counter for this purpose, so go to government hospital, they collect your yellow card and they hand over the card and your medical report to the health department

SRIVI, DONT GIVE WRONG ADVISE.
KEEP THAT YELLOW CARD UNTILL YOUR MOTHER LEAVE THE COUNTRY.THE DOCTOR MAY PUT HIS INITIAL OR STAMPING THAT THIS PATIENT IS FREE FROM ANY DISEASE.IF THEY ASK HER IN THE IMMIGRATION COUNTER LET HER SHOW IT.DONT THROW AWAY. I THINK THE FAHAHEEL CLINIC IS NEAR CEASAR CONFECTIONARY.I RECENTLY HEARD THAT IT IS SHIFTED TO SOME OTHER LOCATION. HOWEVER YOU BETTER CHECK WITH SOMEBODY IN THAT AREA.
