Hello everyone,
I wanted know your opinion on the payment what we make to Haris here.
My room rent for a 1BHK is 220 in Block 10 Salmiya and 10Kd for Haris. So 230 Kd monthly.
Now while entering Haris is asking for 50Kd extra apart from the rent.
Just wanted to know if this is normal here ?
Also do I have to pay anything for the rent agreement ? Here in this case Haris has not mentioned about the agreement charges.
Pls shed some insights about the payment process.
