Sales Fresh Food Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
The Fresh Food Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and marketing fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets. Their primary responsibility is to increase sales and achieve specified sales targets, in addition to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and promoting fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the development of effective sales strategies.
Analyzing customer needs and providing the right solutions to meet those needs with fresh food products.
Expanding the customer network by seeking new opportunities and maintaining continuous communication with potential customers.
Managing existing customer relationships and providing support and assistance to meet their requirements.
Providing regular reports on sales performance, analyzing trends, and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring the availability of appropriate quantities of products according to customer requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in fresh food sales, with a strong understanding of cooperatives and central market operations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified goals.
Analytical skills and a good knowledge of marketing techniques.
Good knowledge of fresh food products and their specifications.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as marketing, business administration, or commerce) preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent command on English language.
Experience in similar roles for 5 years
Ability to self-organize, work autonomously.
