Method of Preparation Put all the above ingredients in 5 cups of water. Boil it for 10 minutes and put off the fire. Allow it to cool down by itself.
When it has become cold, filter out the seeds and preserve the water in a glass jug or bottle.
How to use it?
Take one small cup of this water every day early morning when your stomach is empty. Continue this for 7 days. Next week repeat the same but on
alternate days. With these 2 weeks of treatment you will wonder to see that you have become normal and can eat normal food without problem.

Surve..are you the same person asked the name of the Gum some days back?
see the post below
http://www.indiansinkuwait.com/iikForum/threadView.aspx?id=31213
If you are the same person, or known to that person, is it true they tried it?
Black seed(Kalunji) I am still not clear.
I asked if it is balck cummin. Is it?
Please make it clear.
Another doubt: If you add 100 gm wheat flour ,it will become thick, and will be difficult to filter.
Is it?

Summary for
1.Gum
It is available in century store in fahaheel, behind Al Mulla exchange. I think it is Arakku in malyalam
think what you are referring is Gaundh (Anth in tamil), which is used in sweets as well. In English it is referred "edible gum" that is extracted from the bark of a tree.
It is available in crystal form as pearly yellowish translucent pieces of varying sizes. The bigger crystals are more expensive.
Gaund is a "heaty" food i.e. food that provides heat to our body and is usually had only in the winters. It is deep fried in ghee and then added to the dish it is being used in. I have also discovered that if you dry roast it on a non-stick pan, it puffs up just like popcorn. This is a great way to cut down on those unnecessary calories. These delicious gaund laddus are a traditional winter delicacy that are had with a glass of warm milk for breakfast. I have also heard it is a good remedy for backache.
