Absconding Case in Shoun

Dear IIK Friends,
I just want to ask for a favour to know more about Absconding case filed by my employer in shoun.
Actually I filed a case in shoun for the release and later after one month of my case my employer filed Absconding.So it''s it''s been 15 days back only you can say they put me as Absconder.
My question is can I exit from Kuwait without any problem at immigration because the Absconding must not be in the system of MOI as it''s just few days back done by employer or it will reflect in the moi system too.Because I heard if I am not wrong that only after 60 days it goes to moi system automatically.
Can any one guide as my case is still in shoun running.

Since you have filed case for release prior to his case of absconding by your sponsor you are on safe side don''t worry your case is strong. don''t give up be strong. you cannot travel when you have case pending, absconding case will be lifted once you get released.
