SOLVED - BIOMETRIC NOT GETTING UPDATED IN SAHEL APP

Dear Team,
Hope the below message helps u all, Last week I did the Fingerprint for my wife for the new Iqama Issuance, but the same has been not getting updated in SAHEL APP, 2 days before i did again, but still it shows error in SAHEL APP, while going through the previous IIK Post, i came to know that there is an issue prevailing between MOI website and Sahel APP Integration and Fingerprint data is not getting transmitted, today morning I went to Dajeej Fingerprint office and visited the IT department, they took the visa and updated the same in their system and immediately the issue was solved in SAHEL APP and i was able to complete the Iqama issuance for my wife

I think you are getting confused with "Finger Print for Residency" and " Biometric Requirement". These are 2 separate requirements where for Biometric they take retina image and all 10 fingers unlike in Finger Print for residency.
