Dear All

My sponsor didn''t stamp my visa article 18 due to his file issue (Malahab sucker), and since it was delayed, he gave me my passport and informed me to exit Kuwait.

What is the procedure to exit Kuwait? My temporary visa will expire on March 2, and as far as I know, a fine is required to exit Kuwait, which is 2 kD per day. Can I pay the overstay penalty at the airport or not?

Now Amnesty is going on .. No fine

Ask your sponsor, will he issue new visa when his issues are settled.

I assume that during amnesty period, no need to pay fine.

Thanks for your kind response can I travel directly to airport in amensty benefit program or needs to carry any documents from any office.

better contact Indian embassy...
also i think need to visit amnesty office . with ticket and passport . !!!
