Visa expired fine payment office ( Airport)

Dear All

I just want to inquire. I had been in Kuwait on Article 18, but my sponsor was not able to stamp my residency because of some issues, due to which I have to exit Kuwait as per my sponsor.

Most likely, I will be leaving Kuwait on March 28, 2024.

My temporary extension article expired on March 22, 2024.

As per the law, an amount of KD 2 needs to be paid per day for an expired visa.

So where can I pay this fine amount in the airport or at any particular office?

Please help out; your kind suggestions are appreciated.

If you are leaving Kuwait permanently, then utilise the amnesty and leave without any fine.

Dear Mr.Raj ,

Thanks for your valuable response. I will be trying to come back to Kuwait after a few months, and I want to clear all related fines in order to avoid further difficulties in getting a visa to kuwait

It seems no issue if you will take benefit of amnesty. You may get another visa as they assured.

I think you can pay by online. 6 days x2 =12 KD

If you wanted to get benefit of Amnesty report to Riggae center with your original Passport and Civil ID. Contact your country Embassy if you don''t have your passport with you.

Amensity period is there any police checking in Kuwait till 17/06/24. My visa expired on 13/4/24 jhow many days can put residents visa without penalty.diring this period any risk from police.
