IIK Independence Day

A big salute to our Indian soldiers

India got freedom on 15 August 1947. On this we celebrate it as independence day. And on this day we honour our sacrifice for our freedom fighters. The whole India celebrate independence day by hosting the national flag. Independence day is an historic moment for any nations. I am so proud to be an Indian. When we celebrate this day every year, we respect for the battles that they have fought for us; for independence, regardless of their lives. Mahatma Gandhi who was the leader of nationalist movement of British rule in India. British began to rule from 1757 in India , following the British victory at the Battle of plassy, English East India company began exercising control over India. We got our freedom with lot of sacrifice; we should not take it for granted. A big salute to our Indian soldiers who sacrificed for our lives and for independence for our country.
