Long time ago, British ruled India.

On August 15th, 1947 India got freedom.

Indian freedom fighters helped India to get freedom. On that day we celebrate Independence day.

Our national flag tells us the long struggle to get freedom. The flag is in rectangular in shape. The flag has three colours. They are
•Saffron stands for bravery and strength
•White stands for truth and peace
•Green stands for prosperity

In the white colour there is a wheel in the middle in navy blue colour, which is called Ashoka Chakra.

I salute to the freedom fighters and soldiers.

I am proud to be an Indian.
