I have a child but with no residency,its' now one & 3 months no residency,Ministry of immigration has refused to give me the residency also they say i have a child whom i sponsired and has no residency! I want my son to go back to my mothers' country,i dont have the money to pay the fine!what wil happen at the airport?will there be any problem?

now i am working in a privet company for last 11 years.my residence expaires on 04/12/2011.I submit my resign letter with efect from 01/10/2011.

what is the new rull for intamenity how is it calculating.for one month over stay company will extent my residence for one month

I leave by amnesty May 3, bcoz i have fake absconding case and i dont have money to pay the fines, this is not a false story this is on my experience now. knowing that the article said...

take note of this... bcoz i was been misinform when i was doing my travel document, i ask many times if we will be allowed to returned to kuwait the employee in the immigration said YES. this is why i leave bcoz i dont have money to pay fines to rectify my status, now a forend of mine check my record to the immigration salmiya, police station salmiya,and even in CID office, i was shock to know that people who leave by amnesty but with absconding case will be blacklisted this is not a hear say, this is why im sharing my disappointment, my question is, pls clarify this and hope we could have a answer as we leave bcoz we dont have money to rectify our status and not bcoz we are criminal, most of us are victim of the sponsor system... pls help us know if this is true.... thanks

i have valid residence till 26th of this month my sponsor is not giving my passport and don't let me transfer my residency i already create new passport from the Indian embassy ( AMNESTY ) now my question is can i go before end of my residency of i have to leave after 26th because on 27,28 FRI & SAT so Ministry is closed what i do now please help me..

What if one does not have the passport or visa copy..only document like voting id copy or ration card copy. is it possible to obtain the Emergency Certificate??

I am staying before one and half year in kuwait and left that company and stay india. Now i come back another company last 5 months and stamped visa till feb-12. My problem is different CIVIL ID numbers. So that sill not issue the civil id. first time not canceld my residence. that time my family also here. please reply what procudure to do for need ful to issue the civil id and feature any prbles to create make family visa. please suggest immediatel.

i am an Indian having visa no: 20, I am run away from his home due to some personal reasons. my sponsor failed a case against me for run away and stolen some things to his home.now this amenisty period i can travel to India through the help of Indian embassy? and will come back to new passport on no: 20 visa in kuwait? My husband left Kuwait before his akama getting over in 23 march 2011. Now at present his akama is got over. My two kids have valid akama till 2012. Shall I take them to India without making paper from Indian Embassy or shall I have any problems in Kuwait International airport. Kids passport are with thier mother. Mother having 18 visa. Please suggest your comments.

i have valid visa until JUNE. old company dont want to give release paper they put absconding case, not sure which date. November or January, passport not with me, i have two job offer letter with me now. which category i belong? i would like to obtain residency, could i? What to do? and this last category???
