Donations should be given only to deserving people which only spoils the lazy and unenterprising populace of Kuwait. Is there any concern for the people living worse than cattle in this (WELFARE??)state?

Guess the Kuwait Government is inturn making people to be lazzy. Rather providing money to local families , they could have invested in infrastructor,to build a better competant kuwait for tomorrow.

Till oil depletion they are happy of their life, but tomorrow their future genration life would not be that comfirtable.

CONTRATULATIONS TO KUWAITIS! AND GOD BLESS AMIR OF KUWAIT WHO IS SO GENEROUS FOR THEIR CITIZEN!THIS IS HOW A LEADER SHOULD BE,KUWAIT DONT NEED TO LOOT PEOPLE, THEY HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS FROM OIL, AND BUSINESSES WHICH ARE MAINLY SUCESSFUL WITH EXPATRAITS INTELLIGENCE, ANYWAYS AMIR IS ATLEAST PLANNING TO GIVE US FREEDOM BY CANCELLING SPONSORSHIP SYSTEM,ISN'T THAT A GOOD NEWS?YES I AGREE PRIVATE SECTORS SALARIES SHOULD BE ENCREASED SINCE PAST 3 YEARS COST OF LEAVING IS GOING HIGHER AND SALARIES AND JOB APPORTUNITIES GOING LOWER.

There is already more than 5% inflation, the salaries of locals are increased many times during the last 5 years with marginal increase for expats. With this additional payment for nearly half million kuwaitee citizens, life going to be very hard for the 2.4 million expats whose average monthly salary is less than 3-4 days salary of a Kuwaitee. It will be very difficult for them to survive or even making a meagure saving in this situation.

Governemt allowing hiring of expatriates to serve for their country and that way serve their citizens,if u want u can come and work,if you are not satisfied,no one is tying u up to work unhappily other than urself.Goverment aim should be to be benefitial to citizens,so they have enough money and its not just to accumulate ,it should reach the citizens and they should be happy, regardless watever they do.India govt has ppl with intelegent brain, but they cant do anything till it reaches a critical stage. So wasting public money also.

This 1000 KD will not touch your pocket never ever. Kuwiat's Total revenues 95% from oil only. your insurance, cilvil ID is nothing. your insurance money is not enough to pay the total hospital maintance Contract man. salary for one nurse is 650 KD+. by 50 KD you can have any treatment including bypass surgery, there is no limit. is there any accident or death u will get tht also. one more thing, the 1000 KD is only form the pocket of Ruler His Highness Shaik Sabah's personel fund. as he is the ruler 50% of total profit is going to ruling family only balnce are distributing others including government. so dont cry or beg, he may give you 2 days leave and enjoy it.

To all the indians in kuwait, whatever money kwt; govt; has decided to give for its citizens does not come from his pocket. It comes from my,yours & everyones pocket by violating the traffic rules and invalid residence. So take care drive slowly.Last month i read that they collected millions of dinars from traffic violations. So the richer will be the richer and the poorer will always cry like joe did. Feel like a Proud Indian. Be happy with what you have.

a move to revive the economy was far more desirable at this point of time as people losing job and lots of uncertainty looming around...

...and what else one should expect in a country where food is the priority and least bothered about anything else if their pizza and burger delivered to their door steps on time!....

THIS GRANT OF KD 1000/- IS FOR CITIZENS OF KUWAIT AS YOU ALL KNOW SO MR JOE ASKING FOR GRANT OF KD 100 FOR EXPRIATES IS LIKE BEGGING. SO PLS UNDERSTAND DO NOT BEG IT IS UP TO THEM TO CONSIDER OR NOT BUT WHATEVER YOU ASKED IS NOT A GOOD THOUGHT. AS A INDIAN EXPRIATE HERE IN KUWAIT YOU ARE MAKING DOWN ALL INDIANS FOR ASKING A GRANT OF KD 100 FROM THEM. PLS REFRAIN FROM DEGRADING THE STATUS OF OTHER INDIANS AS I DONT SEE ANY REQUEST FROM EXPRIATES OF OTHER COUNTRIES LIKE BANGLADESH, PAKISTAN, EGYPT LEBANON AND ETC

Good news for the natives. Not for the expatriates. Like it it said, In One's gain, others lose. Because of this payment, prices of daily items will certainly increase, and we, expatriates will suffer. Every Minister, Every leader has enough time to caluculate how much bonus should be paid to Kuwaitis, but none of them have any time to think about PEOPLE LIKE US WORKING IN THE MINISTRY WITHOUT INDEMNITY. THERE ARE ABOUT 10% MINISTRY STAFF, EXPATRIATES, WORKING WITHOUT INDEMNITY. We get only salary, no increment, no service benefit.

I hope they understand the our problem.

Thats a great decision by the Emir,
Why are the Expetriates not ahppy about this its their goverment giving away their money (Oil income is 95% of this country and it belongs to its people)
why are so many in this forum begging for atleast 100kd dont get so cheap guys we came here with nothing and have made lots from this country,
Also if you ask the business community they will be happy coz these people will be spending all this money in the markets (they dont know how to save or invest) and we expatriates will be getting a vast share in form of extra business.
SO cheer up and kudos to the Emir.

We r appreciating on your good diction your Highness Sheikh Amir. Kuwait ministry should make a law that all privet companies should race up employee’s basic salary to at list 20% in every 2 years due to the high living cost in their counties to support their family. Most of the privet companies they never increase the salary at all taking the maximum advantage of the situation.

this is the reason soul reason y there are things getting too expencive in a rich country like Kuwait, where free cash of RS 1 LAKH is given out from the hard earned money from the employes who struggles to keep a roof on the head and feed his family. And the next thing we know they will say there is no money and to remove 4m the expatriates in different ways and we have to give only because we are here to work and earn for our family and childers

The least the government of Kuwait can do is change the citizenship laws for those expatriates who are born in Kuwait & grant us Kuwaiti Nationality. Anywhere else (apart from gulf) we would have already got the nationality

taking the money fm exp and feeding your own people kd 1000 will not serve the greed that their have. take 2 kd fm medical in the hospital the money fm the expatriates ,taking 10kd for residence per years taking 2 kd for civil id fm the expatriate, takeing 50kd plus for insurance fm expatriate this is great taking fm the poor and feeding the riches so that show what u have to offer in other word scared not to have situation like tunsia and other country or rebellion against the government and over thrown them and brought the rule and government to a halt so feeding a small fils and kd will just save for more years to come

we have corrupt government and we have 100 million people while kuwait have few minutes and lots of oil for next 100 years he can give more but are not worthy he is just doing so good deed so that people like tunsia nature dont come to kuwait otherwise he will be have to look for money elsewhere to keep the people happy this is political fundas only say it is lucky that kuwaiti government is offer this kd 1000 to only kuwait because we like to remind also that experiate are the backbone of your sucess be honest toward them too because if u have everything good palace and good bungalow and nice garden but nobody labour or worker to care it will just be a desert of life.. so let have some brain massage for other too. u cannot enjoy yourself and dont give to other what belong to each and everyone. let also remind kuwait that it was many people who stay back in this country during wars but no government org or any society came to the help ... this is life it is all over some enjoy some rejoice some merry other live in hungry , sleep on the road and look in the dusbin for everyday bread while other enjoy on their money and drive big car and have lavish bungalow and sleep in the a/c which the people and human suffer and still enjoy the presence and goody of their kings this is life my friend we live we work we die which other enjoy and be merry with our money.
